Philosophy
At Ripple Effect Massage Therapy, we believe the benefits of massage go far beyond the session itself. When your body relaxes, your breath deepens, and tension melts away, everything starts to feel a little lighter. That sense of calm doesn’t just stay in your muscles — it moves with you into the rest of your day. You might notice you’re more patient, more grounded, a little kinder with yourself and others. Those small shifts can make a big difference — spreading ease and connection everywhere you go. That’s the ripple effect. It starts with you, and it keeps going.
About Me
Thanks for your interest in a massage with me! My name is Natalie Burke, Oregon Board of Massage License 15562. I attended East West College of Massage and have been licensed since 2008. I love how receiving massage connects us back to our bodies, slows us down, and allows for healing and recovery. My most used modalities are deep tissue and Swedish style but you'll also find some trigger point and Thai techniques sprinkled in where they're needed. I'm also a big fan of cupping and hot and cold compresses.
When I'm not giving massage, you'll find me exploring the world with my family, drinking iced coffee at my favorite Redmond spots, listening to music or an audiobook, checking out way too many books at the library, or trying a new recipe for dinner.
I hope we get to work together soon.
